    Foundation and structural work is ongoing at the Hougang Town building site. On February 29th, 128 of the planned 128 foundation bored piles were completed. 104 of the 146 contiguous bored piles were also finished. Load testing was done and test data will be submitted. 71 of the 146 planned grout piles were finished. Daily attendance included 15 construction personnel and 13 structural/architectural staff. Five bored piles were installed including three foundation piles and two for miscellaneous structural components. Four contiguous bored piles were cut and prepared for lean concrete.
