     Year 2020 is a significant turn-around for almost all of us! There is paradigm shift in
    our social, cultural and most importantly economic aspects of our society and
    civilizations.
     We are experiencing the aftermath of COVID 19 even today and it is going to bring
    rise to, what is called as ‘New-Normal’.
     During the lock down period many members as well as students have to suddenly
    shift from physical contact-based communications to virtual communication
    techniques.
     This sudden shift has resulted into complete reorientation of soft skill specially in
    virtual way of effective communication.
     In an attempt to facilitate the members to reorient themselves to this sudden shift,
    the ICSI-CCGRT is organizing a ONE DAY WORKSHOP on Effective Virtual
    Communication Skills in writing, spoken & video etiquettes.
