    Resolution Declaring Mr. Mauro N. Navalta To Dismiss/Replace his position as Brgy


    Tanod due to his misconduct behavior and subordination/

    Whereas, the Sangguininag Barangay of Barangay Naguituban, San Juan, La Union


    agreed to dismiss/replace Mr. Mauro N. Navalta as Brgy. Tanod due to his
    Misconduct Behavior and Subordination to the Barangay Council.

    Whereas, Mr Mauro N. Navalta is no longer a Barangay Tanod effective on June 02,


    2020.

    Whereas, upon motion duly made and seconded.


    Be it Resolved, as it is hereby resolved to declare the agreement of Sangguinang
    Barangay to dismiss Mr. Mauro N. Navalta as Brgy. Tanod in the Baranggay beginning
    this 2nd day of June 2020.

    Resolved Finally, that copies of this resolutiin be furnished all concerned officer for
    their information.
