    invited to receive notification of this service order prescribing the start of works by anticipation of the rehabilitation
    works on some major roads in bamenda town, in mezam division, northwest region.
    1. The contractor should elaborate on all studies for the execution for the construction works (Work
    execution programme, quality assurance plan, hygiene and sanitation/environmental management plan,
    topographic and geotechnical studies etc..) before the start of works on the field;
    2. The contractor is reminded that cost estimates and the duration of the said works will be regularized by a
    contract;
    3. The payments of the said works will be regularized, when funds will be allocated.

    The present service order shall be notified to the contractor by the Director of technical service of Bamenda
    City council.
