Elementary Grade Teacher “For me I see curriculum as the lessons I teach .It refers to the
lesson plan and the different strategies I use to deliver the lesson.
It also refers to the schedules and classroom environment I prepare
for the students. The curriculum adhere to the districts standards. It
also includes the programs that are prepared for the
student.”(Mills, 2018)

School Principal, or its equivalent “As the overseer of the school, curriculum is everything we do in
school. The interaction of the whole community is the curriculum.
It is the procedures in school, the guidelines, the training, the
textbooks, the extra – curricular activities, the Common Core
Standards, fieldtrips, the budget plan are all part of the curriculum.
It is built-upon the philosophy, vision and mission of Department
of Education. It may be hidden but most of the time intended to
meet the student’s needs. It is a mean to meet the end.” (Hodge J.,
2018)
College Teacher “Curriculum are the planned sequence of courses students take in
college to get a diploma. It includes the course syllabus that entails
the goals, number of hours the course will finish, and the method
of assessment. It should reflect the ideals of the university for its
graduate. It is the different learning experiences each college
student should accomplish their degree.”( Arandia, 2018)

Conclusion:

All they have spoken of curriculum is a mixed of traditional and modern view of curriculum. They
pointed out that curriculum is planned learning experiences focused to the learner to meet their
needs. It includes different strategies and various extra – curricular activities to meet their students’
needs. Most of them viewed it traditionally, they said it is a written document and that it should
follow standards.
