Project Summary
Elevator Pitch
Concise Summary: Help us pitch this solution! Provide an explanation within 3-4 short sentences.
How many excellent, brilliant and ingenious students that came from a poor social side or live in a difficult situation are successful ?
It is the time to change the Moroccan community stereotype about " Success is made for those who are rich !"
WHAT IF - Inspiration: Write one sentence that describes a way that your project dares to ask, "WHAT IF?"
What if we can make every brilliant student a brilliant leader and change maker regarding his social position ?
About Project
In Morocco, and mainly in the old Medina of Fez, I got the chance to meet many brilliant students that study in the public high school that could
not get the chance to continue their studies because of lack of financial support or because they are leaving in a very difficult social situation. I
feel that my city is loosing some ingenious minds. Some of them give up at an early age just because of the idea of "Success is for rich people
!"
Road To success is a project that aims to gather the best high school students that came from a difficult social side or live in a poor
conditions, to help them to get to the best universities in Morocco and abroad, to have access to scholarships, to beneficiate from mentorship
and tutoring courses, and to motivate them to be the future leaders of their community and inspire other students to success. I believe that
everyone of us has his own road to Success. I want to help high school students to see that road, to build that road and to believe in that road.
I want to end the quote of " Success is made for those who rich !". By orientation and guidance, I believe that we can help student to know their
road and to build it step by step.

Impact: How does it Work
Example: Walk us through a specific example(s) of how this solution makes a difference; include its primary activities.
Ahmed, a Moroccan student from the old Medina of us has always dream to become a Doctor. His passion since his childhood was to help sick
people and to reduce their pain. However, Ahmed is not a student like the others, his family is very poor, his parents are divorced and he is the
only male child in his family. Because of his social conditions and eventhough he is brilliant, he was obliged to quit school looking for a job to save
his family. Road To Success made Ahmed dream become a reality. Through mentorship, we linked Ahmed dream to a professional in the
business. The mentor was able to guide and orient him. We have been able to pay some of his charges and inspire him for change. Not only that,
The story of Ahmed inspires now others !
Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Also describe the projected future impact for the coming years.
The Road to Success project has many timeline impacts. First, the short term impact is linked to seing the improvement and achievement of the
student through the process. for instance, if a student want to become a doctor and got accepted in the medical university. Hence, the project had
its impact. Also, on the mid-term impact, it will be related to the involvment of the student himself through the process of aspiring other students
and breaking the stereotype of rich&success. However, I believe that this project can have many long term impact. other student will be inspired
and want to persue their dream, Ahmed who was the student of yesterday, became the professional and the mentor of today. He will now help
others to achieve their dream regarding their social side. My project will help to break the Social wall issue and the lack of motivation that poor
families and students have.
Spread Strategies: Moving forward, what are the main strategies for scaling impact?
The first strategy to be implemented is related to finance, marketing and touching our target ( The high school student that live a difficult social
side and study in the public schools). This strategy will be made upon the first 4 years and will help us to build a good impact on the future. the 3
following years will be mainly based on developing strong partnerships with local authorities in order to be able to reach many students as possible.
The final 3 years after will be about reaching the far regions where many students walk for hours to get to school. They really need support and
success
Sustainability
Financial Sustainability Plan: What is this solution’s plan to ensure financial sustainability?
These project doesn't recquired many financial ressources. We will need to cover some expenses of the student like their transportation, flyers, T-
shirts and materials. we will need to cover some organizational expenses. We will cover these mainly by Ashoka Fund (1000$) which I think will be
quite enough during the first year and can help us to help 30 students. We will get the funding after from the Alumni innovation fund of the US
department.
Marketplace: Who else is addressing the problem outlined here? How does the proposed project differ from these
approaches?
My project is certainly unique by its approach because it helps the best students that have social problems to achieve their goals. We also seek to
break the stereotype of Rich&Successful. Because, many students think that you cannot be successful if your parents are not rich enough. We
want to help this community to be the future leaders. I believe they already have the base of excellence. They only need to embrace it through the
process of mentorship and guidance. We want to link them to the profesionnals of their dream jobs. We want to made them ableto inspire people of
their social case.

Founding Story
The Road to Success story started When I met for the first time, several students and heard the story of some from the old Medina of Fez, who
obtained very good grades in their High school degree but were unable to access several Moroccan schools due to a lack of financial sources. I
met also, with students who study in public schools and give up studies because they have many social issue. Also, some have a dream to study
abroad , others just want to know what position to take in their Road to success . That is where I got the idea to develop a project in favor of this
small community that remains very important, but that is not heard, not motivated and look toward a voice for success.
