    How important historical writings are to a person group/race, and country?

    Historical writings are very important in everyone to understand the connection


    of past and current situation. It can hep us linkage countries or as a whole to draw
    respective historical data. It has been said that who controls the past controls the
    future, means how we view the history shapes on how we view in the present so
    historical writings can help us offer on existing problems. Learning how to combine
    different kinds of evidence develops the ability to make clear arguments and support
    those arguments. History writings provides a sense of context for our lives and our
    existence, helping us to understand the way things are and how we might approach
    the future. Predicting on the next generation can be possible.

    How do we give meaning to a so called history? For me human beings have


    always been interested in the past, for many reasons. History is the study of
    everything and anything in the past particularly how it relates to human beings.
    History is metaphysical its a concept or model we have constructed based on
    information we gleaned. How did we know our heavenly father? its because of the
    bible with its history we felt him physically and mentally. History is not just about
    telling us but also to inform us to be better. History also offers hints about how we
    can organize and manage our societies, for the betterment of all those who live in
    them.

    Our understanding of what history is and the shape it should take is flexible and open
    to debate. As a consequence, historians may approach history in different ways,
    using different ideas and methods and focusing on or prioritizing different
    aspects.According to the ancient Greek writer Plutarch, true history is the study of
    great leaders and innovators. Prominent individuals shape the course of history
    through their personality, strength of character, ambition, abilities, leadership or
    creativity.

    What is the difference between factual history and speculative history?


    Factual coming from the word "Fact" means that it is something that can be proven or
    something that is already proven. Speculative coming from the word "Speculate"
    means that something that can be viewed from different angles or views.

    Factual History meaning events in history that happened with proof of the event or
    thing taking place. This type of history can be backed up by writings or even footage
    of the event that took place. Speculative History meaning events in history that may
    have an alternate history or questionable history. This type of history is mainly used
    when two or more parties have different answers on why a certain event had taken
    place or questionable, it is based on guessing or opinions that may lead to
    controversies. As adjectives speculative is characterized by speculation; based on
    guessing or unfounded opinions while factual is of or characterized by or consisting
    of facts.
