Findings:
1. MULTIPLE LACERATIONS AND HEMATOMA IN THE ANAL ORIFICE
2. VASCULAR LESION - DEVASCULARIZED SEGMENT OF RECTUM
3. RIGHT FOREARM - HEMATOMA
4. POSTERIOR PORTION OF THE NECK (NAPE) - HEMATOMA
Treatment/Management:
1. RECTAL REPAIR – SUTURING OF LACERATIONS
2. PROCTOSIGMOIDOSCOPIC EXAMINATION
3. FOLLOW-UP EXAMINATION OR OBSERVATION
Conclusion:
The above physical injuries shall require medical attention or shall incapacitate
the victim for a period not less that 31 DAYS.
Remarks:
Further tests needed after 3 DAYS observation.
