    Dear Sir Escander:

    Greetings!

    The Negros Occidental National Science High School once again celebrates National Science Club Month
    this September. This year’s theme is “METABOLIZE: Nourishing the Filipino Youth Towards National
    Well-being.” The club will be having their opening program on September 05, 2019 (Thursday) and
    various activities will be prepared for the students.

    In view of our opening program, we would like to excuse selected BPSC officers and members from their
    classes (including the activities and quizzes) today, September 04, 2019 (Wednesday) for the whole day
    (08:00 AM – 03:00 PM) in order to prepare for the programs, certificates, and stage for the opening
    ceremony of the Science Month tomorrow. Also, we would also like to excuse the candidates of each
    cluster for they will have their practice for the production number tomorrow, as well as, the blockings for
    tomorrow’s event. The names and the corresponding year level of the BPSC members and candidates will
    be attached on a separate paper. The following students will be making up for their missed activities and
    quizzes on their vacant time, as well, as their subject teacher’s vacant time.

    We look forward to your positive response. It would be our honor to have you grace this momentous
    occasion.
