    Gynomix is a soft gelatin capsule containing neomycin sulphate, polymyxin B sulphate, nystatin, and metronidazole used to treat vaginal mixed infections, vaginal leucorrhoeas, and vaginal trichomoniasis regardless of cause. It is administered by inserting one capsule deep into the vaginal canal at night for 6 days as directed by a physician. Side effects are unknown but it should be used with precaution in those with impaired renal function and is only meant for vaginal use at the prescribed dose and not orally.

    Composition :

    Neomycin Sulphate 35,000 I.U. Gynomix


    Polymyxin B Sulphate 35,000 I.U. Soft Gelatin Capsule
    Nystatin 1,00,000 I.U.
    Metronidazole 200 mg.
    Indications : Gynomix is indicated for
    the treatment of Vaginal mixed
    infections, Vaginal leucorrhoeas, Vaginal
    trichomoniasis if whatever their origin
    (Mycotic or Bacterial).
    Contraindication : Known
    hypersensitivity to any component of the
    drug.
    Dosage & Administration : Use in
    Vagina 1 capsule at night for 6 days. Or,
    as directed by the physician.
    How to use Gynomix :
    1. Before going to bed at night, wash the
    hands well with soap and dry, pick up
    one capsule from the pack with dry hand.
    2. According to the picture lie down flat
    on the back and insert the capsule deep
    into the vaginal canal by the middle
    fingure.
    3. Lie down for a while. The capsule will
    dissolve and the medicaments will
    spread out gradually.
    Side effect : Unknown.
    Precautions : Impaired renal function.
    Not to be taken orally, only for vaginal
    use. Do not exceed the prescribed dose.
    Packing : 6 capsules in a box.
