    Pursuant to the provision of Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the


    Local Government Code of 1991, more particularly Section 45 thereof, you are
    hereby appointed as MEMBER OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY at
    BARANGAY SAN JOSE, ANTIPOLO CITY, RIZAL, the Unexpired Portion of the
    Term of Office of Kagawad Kagawad Alberto C. Palad who passed away last May 14,
    2020.

    By virtue hereof, you are now vested with the rights, duties and
    responsibilities of the office. Furnishing this Office and other concerned
    government agencies with copies of your oath of office.

    This appointment will take effect immediately.
