Rationale
• The five-day webinar workshop on LSPU Migrating to the New Normal with the theme
3C’s (Customization, Capacitation, Capitalization) of Knowledge, Self-Efficacy, and
Practices (KSP) among Faculty in Flexible Learning was conducted on July 6 – 10, 2020
via Google meet.
• Dr. Nino D. Naldoza of the Philippine Normal University provided learning opportunities
that facilitated the 405 participants’ customization of flexible learning suited to their
preparedness, capacitation as they shift to this alternative mode of instructional delivery,
and capitalization of the acquired technological and pedagogical content knowledge in
lieu of the Learning Continuity Plan of the Laguna State Polytechnic University.
• The recently concluded webinar workshop allowed the participants to describe the
modalities, components, and essential features of an e-learning course, identify the
essential intended learning outcomes, understand in-depth procedures in designing and
developing an e-learning course, and delineate the assessment procedures in e-learning.
Rationale
• The next step in the migration process is the development of e-learning
materials/modules anchored on the migration e-learning template; hence, the
conduct the Webinar Workshop in LSPU Migrating to the New Normal: Phase 2 which
focuses on the Development of Self-Paced Learning Module on July 27 – 28, 2020.
• This webinar aims to create and develop an e-learning course based on the essential
competencies identified in a subject and contextualize the development of an e-
learning course material/module per discipline.

Workshop Guidelines
1. This two-day webinar-workshop shall serve as an academic learning avenue among
the participants to learn, relearn, and unlearn concepts to adapt to the new normal.
2. Participants are expected to secure an institutional account (@lspu.edu.ph) upon
registration.
3. The syllabi, accomplished Worksheet 1 (Identification of Essential Intended Learning
Outcomes), and Worksheet 2 (Migration e-Learning Template) should be prepared for
the workshop.
4. An evaluation sheet/assessment tool (via Google form) shall be accomplished by the
participants on the second day.
5. The two-day workshop should be attended in order to be given a Certificate of
Completion.
