Site Boundary Demarcation Certificate

A The Contractor shall obtain the

Site Boundary Demarcation Certificate
from the relevant section of the
Abu Dhabi Municipality
and shall agree the location
of the Site Boundary markers with
the Survey Section. The Owner
shall provide the Contractor with a copy
of the Demarcation Certificate and the
Contractor shall satisfy himself with regard
to the setting out of the site prior to
commencing any work. item

Site Survey and Setting Out

Topographical Survey

B As soon as the Contract has been signed,

the Contractor shall carry out a
survey of the site as detailed

Surveying Equipment

A The Contractor shall provide and keep

on site an adequate supply of surveying
instruments for the proper execution of
the Works as detailed in the
Project Specification
The instruments shall be in
proper adjustment and always kept in
perfect working order and they shall be
immediately available for us by the
Engineer whenever required, together
with all necessary assistance item

B The Contractor shall provide such labour

materials and transport the Engineer may
require to assist him carrying out surveys item

Contractor's Working Area

C It is solely the Contractor's

responsibility to arrange for the occupation
of any additional area of land with the
owners of such land and/or with the Abu Dhabi
Municipality and to pay all charges,
costs, etc., in connection therewith
which the Contractor considers necessary
for his working area item

D The Contractor will be held responsible

for any nuisance caused by his workmen
to grounds surrounding the site and
adjoining buildings, etc., and must make
good all such damage and settle any claims
for compensation at his own expense item
