    There is no singular tool for good writing structure.

    simply need to use the tool required to


    convey idea. The idea is in your head. It needs to get out of your head. How you make that idea
    available to people who are not your own brain is a miracle you determine. That's what writing
    is. Sentences can end in prepositions. And sentences can start with "and."

    If the sentence is strong and confident, the writing has done its job, and so have you. Short
    sentences with fewer words have less opportunity to waffle around the point. Writing shorter
    sentences helps you present clearer ideas. Readers can follow them. It won't be a struggle to read.

    Here are 2 examples demonstrating why short sentences are better than long sentences.

    Original sentence: A major challenge that marketers will face in 2016, is the ability to make
    data driven business decisions.

    Re-write sentence: Creating data-driven business decisions will be a major challenge for
    marketers in 2016.

    Original sentence- Your thank you page will help to continue to educate your leads and get
    them to the right resources for when they are ready to decide to buy.

    Re-write sentence: Your thank you page continues your lead’s education while providing
    resources for when they decide to buy.
