Main emphasis is the development of fundamental skills, prioritising on the
most relevant techniques to master at this age level. Skills to be learnt are
dribbling, passing and ball control. The program will start with dribbling to
familiarize beginners with the ball and introducing the game as a fun and
enjoyable sport. Passing practices will concentrate on developing the basics
using drills designed to focus purely on the mechanics, pace and accuracy of the
push pass. This sets a solid foundation for players to advance to the next level.

PHILOSOPHY

Practice sessions have to be enjoyable and fun for players and coaches.

Drills must be interesting and vary across skills, tactics, strategies, mental and
physical fitness and team building.

Players need to be busy with a ball at all times to maximize the number of
touches they get with the ball.

Sessions must flow and time must not be wasted (players have to be busy all the
time).
