These Pumps Are Used in Below Given Systems:: Type of Pump

These pumps can operate with different working liquids, such as hydraulic oils, lubricating oils,
transformer oils, light and heavy diesel oils, fuel oils and with other non-aggressive liquids,
having lubricating properties. Working liquids cannot cause corrosion of steel and cast iron
elements as well as cannot introduce in contact with nitrile and fluorine rubber.
These pumps are used in below given systems:
o lubricating of machines,
o heating of diesel oils, fuel oils for supply the systems of power stations and marine
power plants with these oils,
o transport of oils in petroleum refineries, ports and fuel stations, on board of the vessels,
o filtration and cooling of hydraulic systems.

Operation of screw pump ensures uniform capacity, low-noise run without vibrations and great
ability for suction of liquid. Due to simple structure and reliability as well as for reason of use by
Hydroster seals type John Crane, our pumps are failure-free and work at temperatures of
pumped liquids up to 155ºC.
Technical characteristics

o low-pressure three-screw pump of constant geometrical working volume equipped with
adjustable safety valve.
Seal of the shaft output:
o mechanical seal of structure acc. to DIN 24960
Direction of revolutions viewing from the side of drive:
o right-hand for pumps type ACE, ACG, ACF,
o left-hand for pumps type ABQ,

HYDROSTER Ltd. is an experienced producer of rotary
vane steering gears with working torques
up to 6000 kNm designed for all types of seagoing s
hips including passenger ships, tankers,
chemical tankers and gas carriers.
MSV series steering gears meet SOLAS 1974 Conventio
n with all later amendments and can be
built according to the rules and under the supervis
ion of the following Classification Societies: ABS,
BV, DNV, GL, LR, RMRS. Rules and an approval of oth
er Classification Societies should be
agreed-upon with HYDROSTER. Rotary vane steering ge
ars made by HYDROSTER have a double
hydraulic system, divided into two subsystems in ca
se of a single failure. When an oil leakage
occurs as a result of broken pipeline or other hydr
aulic element failure, the damaged part of system
is isolated and the steering gear remains efficient
and ensures continuous ship’s control.
Rudder actuator has built-in bearing for rudder sto
ck and rudder blade carrying all weight of the
rudder system.
Due to compact design RVSG of MSV series fit very w
ell to special purpose vessels like offshore
support vessels and whenever limit space in steerin
g gear compartment exists.
Considering rotary vane steering gear's permissible
rudder deflection angle three groups can be
defined
