    Dear Ms. Acebes,

    Greetings!

    It has come to our attention that you have encroached on the property of my
    client, MR. DWIGHT DUVAL T. DELGADO located at ____________________ and
    more particularly described as Lot 1353-G-10-I. Based on the survey plan conducted on
    his property attached hereto as Annex, the perimeter wall was built on his property
    which had encroached 0.76 meters by 16.06 meters, or a total of 12.2056 square meters of
    his property.

    In view of this encroachment, my client is demanding for the destruction of the


    perimeter and that a new one be constructed thereon to reflect the true boundaries of
    the properties within fifteen (15) days from receipt of this demand letter. Should you
    fail to comply, my client will be forced to destroy the same and cause the construction
    of a new perimeter wall at your expense.

    We hope you give this matter your preferential attention to forestall any future
    inconvenience.
