    JOINT AFFIDAVIT

    That we, JOCYLINDA M. DURAN, 59 years old, single, and


    TEODE P. BAGNAES, 51 years old, married, both Filipinos, and both
    residents of Roxas City, Capiz, Philippines, after having been duly
    sworn to in accordance to law, do hereby depose and say:

    1. That we know personally RENALYN FELICIANO


    BENGAN, she being our close family friend for so many
    years already;

    2. That we also know for a fact that Renalyn Feliciano Bengan


    was born on May 31, 1963, in Barangay Banica, Roxas
    City, Capiz, and which was assisted by a hilot;

    3. That the said Renalyn Feliciano Bengan is the third child out
    of the nine (9) alive children of Spouses Felizardo Moises
    Bengan and Patria Oberas Feliciano;

    4. That upon inquirty, the facts of her birth are nowhere to be


    found in the civil registry records of the Local Civil Registrar
    of Roxas City, Capiz, as the same was destroyed and lost
    probably during the fire accident that happened in the said
    office in the year 1980's;

    5. That we are in a better position to attest the foregoing facts


    considering that we are close and intimate friends of Renalyn
    Feliciano Bengan;

    6. That we are executing this Joint Affidavit to attest to the


    truthfulness of the foregoing facts stated herein and for any
    legal purposes it may serve.

    AFFIANTS FURTHER SAYETH NAUGHT.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our


    signatures on this 12th day of March, 2007 at Roxas City, Philippines.
