FINANCING SOLUTION

Oracle Financing recognizes that unpredictable costs and up-front investment requirements can be potentially
burdensome. This infrastructure refresh proposal includes an integrated Payment Solution from Oracle Financing to
enable our customer access the full benefits of Oracle’s latest SPARC technology.

Extended Payment Solution

Four annual payments of $221,582 due at the beginning of the contract period.

ORACLE HARDWARE TAKEBACK

As part of this exclusive offer, Oracle will perform a series of services at no extra charge:

Onsite data erasure (disk wiping) on eligible product(s)

MIGRATION SERVICES

not responsible for testing of any Oracle or non-Oracle applications for the newly migrated systems, nor does Oracle
ensure proper application operation and functionality. We will only ensure any standard Oracle Applications software
(properly licensed and covered by Premier Support) will operate as intended and documented in our user guides.
Oracle ACS will bill separately for any reasonable travel expenses associated with delivering the service. The budgetary
estimates contained within this proposal are not binding and shall not be deemed an agreement. The material
contained in this budgetary estimate represents proprietary and confidential information pertaining to Oracle
products, services and methods. By accepting this information, the Client hereby agrees that the information in this
estimate shall not be disclosed outside of the Client, and shall not be duplicated, used, or disclosed for any purpose
other than to evaluate this estimate. The Advanced Customer Services budgetary estimate contained herein is separate
from any Oracle program licensing or hardware bid. The Client may acquire program licenses and or hardware from
Oracle without acquiring Oracle Advanced Customer Services

FINANCIAL SERVICES

The financial options offered in this proposal are intended for discussion and evaluation purposes. They are non-
binding on either party. Any proposed payment structure is subject to credit and documentation approval and shall
expire at the end of Oracle's current fiscal quarter. Any extension requires additional OFD approval. Until contract
execution, payment amounts are subject to change due to changes in credit and economic conditions.
