    I/We agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the program as mentioned below:

    1. Referrer is the person who has blocked a unit with us after paying Token Amount and wish to introduce
    another person(s) to block a unit with us in the project. Referred is the person who may block one or
    more units in the project.

    2. Referrer may refer as many customers as they choose. Only on the Referred booking a unit with us, and
    on being Allotted a flat and further pays 20% payment (first three installments), will the Referrer be
    eligible for a referral reward.

    3. Referrer cannot refer customers who have enquired in the last Three Months and/or are already
    registered with us as Direct Customers or have come through our Channel Partner.

    4. In the event that a referral is submitted twice from different Referrers, then the first referral received will be
    eligible for the reward. The customer who has been referred will need to concur in writing with the name
    of Referrer

    5. Referrals are not valid where the Referrer and the Referred party are one and the same person.

    6. Referrals will be valid for Three Months from the date a candidate or client referral is received by us.
    There will be no rewards for referrals beyond the three month referral term.

    7. By accepting our terms and conditions, both Referrer and Referred represent that they have the
    authority to disclose the name of the person or business to us.

    8. The Referral Fee will be paid as a Gift Voucher or equivalent in kind. No cash awards will be given. The
    brand (s) and type of voucher will be at sole discretion of the company.

    9. This scheme cannot be clubbed with any other offer / scheme.

    10. Employees of Godrej Properties Ltd. will not be eligible for this award.

    11. Delivery for the rewards will be done within 6-8 weeks at the Referrer's address as available on the date
    of redemption, subject to the fulfillment of the conditions as mentioned in Clause 2 above and subject to
    address being in India and depending on the individual's address being within serviceable area. In case
    the address falls outside this area, the individual can collect the same from the Godrej Properties Office.

    12. Godrej Properties Ltd. will not be liable for any delay/deficiency/defect in any product or services
    disbursed as rewards by it or on account of any dispute relating to right to utilize the product or services
    subsequent to disbursement of the same as rewards.

    13. The terms and conditions of this program are subject to change at any time without prior notice. This
    program may be terminated at our discretion.

    14. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
