We can convert and upload your book as an e-book.

MAKING YOUR E-BOOK AVAILABLE TO MILLIONS OF POTENTIAL BUYERS WORLDWIDE
1) WE WILL CONVERT AND UPLOAD YOUR BOOK TO AMAZON

We will convert your book to an e-book and make it available for sale on Kindle (Amazon’s e-book). This reaches a
worldwide market:

2) We will convert and upload your book to Smashwords

We will upload your book as an e-book to the world’s largest distributor of independent e-books.
Your e-book will be distributed to major online retailers. These include:

Barnes & Noble (US and UK)
OverDrive (The world’s largest library e-book platform serving over 34,000 libraries in more than 40 countries. Also
supplies to schools and various retailers including takealot.co.za)
Odilo (2,100 public libraries in North America, South America and Europe)
Scribd, Oyster, Kobo, Yuzu, Blio and Inktera (formerly Page Foundry), Baker & Taylor Axis 360, Gardners (Askews &
Holts and Browns Books for Students), and many more.
What we will do
We will design a striking cover for your book that will be mutually agreed upon before uploading to Amazon and
Smashwords.
We will do the necessary conversions and modifications to your book. We will load it onto Amazon and Smashwords
under your name.
1. You can go into your site at any time to see how your book is doing.
2. You can change the price of your book whenever it suits you.
3. You can change key search words to make viewing your book more accessible.
4. You can change certain text pertaining to your book.
5. You receive all payments for books sold. In other words, you cut out the middle man (that is us) and therefore
receive more money per book sold.
What will it cost me

There is a once off cost of R5990.00.
If you have already designed a cover for your book, the once off cost will only be R4990.00
MAKING YOUR BOOK PRINT READY AND ON-LINE MARKETING OF PRINTED BOOK
1) THE PUBLICATION PROCESS
On receiving your manuscript in Word, our professional team will get to work.
• Our design team will create the perfect cover and back page for your book.
• Our design team will also lay your book out to international standards.
• We will send you an electronic copy of your finished book. You can use it for e-books, future printing purposes,
marketing or submissions to potential publishers and distributors.
• An ISBN number and barcode will be added to your book once you are ready to print your book.
2) TO THE OVERSEAS MARKET
We will make your book available to millions of potential buyers on Amazon. This reaches a worldwide market:
Amazon.com (U.S.A.) — Amazon.co.uk (U.K.) — Amazon.it (Italy) — Amazon.de (Germany)

Amazon.fr (France) — Amazon.es (Spain)
We have an arrangement with Amazon, whereby we send them an adjusted (according to their specs) electronic version
of your finished book. If someone orders a copy of your book from any of the above mentioned countries, Amazon will
print your book using their own printing press as well as post your book to them. You will receive a royalty from them
for each book sold.
We will do the necessary conversions and modifications to your book. A barcode and ISBN number will be added to
your book through Amazon.
We will load it onto Amazon under your name.

COMBINATION OF PUBLISHING PACKAGE 1 AND PUBLISHING PACKAGE 2
If you are interested in the full package, where we do everything mentioned in both Publishing Package 1
and Publishing Package 2, the total cost will be R9990.00.
Payment methods:
Option 1 = R5990.00 (or R4990.00 if you supply your own cover).
Option 2 = R7990.00
Option 3 = R9990.00
Payment is 50% deposit and the balance before we move to the layout stage or before final upload.
If you would like an in-depth edit or a proof read for your manuscript, please contact us and let us have
the word count and we will let you have the cost. These packages include everything but an in-depth
edit/proof read.
