1.6 Warning Function

When the total weight is up to more than 90% of the rated weight, it will send out clear and obvious
sound-light alarm signals (the yellow light warns);
1.7 Control function
1.7.1 Alarm control: When the torque is up to more than 100% of the rated torque, it can send a clear,
obvious sound and light alarm signal (the red light alarms), at the same time, it will output overload
control and lower limit control;
1.7.2 Upper control: When the Lord boom of the crane is luffing, the amplitude reaches to the minimum
working amplitude (the working maximum Angle) of the working performance table, the cap relay
outputs ,the red light flashes and the howler alarms at the same time.It starts sound-light alarm when
the boom reaches close to 0.5m far away from the point of cap limit action on the base of the amplitude
control.
1.7.3 Lower control: When the Lord boom of the crane is luffing, the amplitude reaches to the maximum
working amplitude (the minimum working Angle) of the working performance table, the floor
outputs ,the red light flashes and the howler alarms at the same time. It starts sound-light alarm when
the boom reaches close to 0.5m far away from the point of floor limit action on the base of the
amplitude control.
2. The structure of WTL-A700 Load Moment Indicator

WTL-A700 type load moment indicator is using modular structure, by the components like weight
sensors, Angle sensor, Signal transmission cable, microcomputer host (including power supply, display,
signal processing) etc.
2.1WTL-A700 load moment indicator(Computer)

The host plate of WTL-A700 load moment indicator(computer) adopts the all-in-one CPU
motherboard, here the so-called all-in-one refers to all the system hardware circuit (CPU, A/D conversion,
EPROM, EEPROM, controllers and other) are integrated into one board, it is of very high reliability and
anti-interference ability, the motherboard has the recovery circuit WATCH DOG (also called "watchdog"),
when the program crashed into the state, it can automatically restored.

This working main interface displays the crane’s main hook, auxiliary hook and the amplitude of boom,
etc. It can display the boom length, ratio, wind speed, temperature, main hook limit, auxiliary hook limit,
etc too.
3. weight sensor of hook
●Location of the 3-pulley sensor: The 3-pulley sensor is installed on the hoisting line. It can be
fixed to the boom / jib by angle iron or clung to the hoisting line via tie pole. When the hoisting line
receives strength, it will press against the pulley in the center so that the sensor can test the weight
of the load.

4. Angle sensor
JD-180 type Angle Sensor is composed of potentiometer and pendulum; It can be installed on crane
boom. The boom on point of view is measured by the heavy hammer driving potentiometer rotating, then
