Americans are fat. That’s a cliché. It’s also true, to a considerable degree. About half the young people in
America are heavier than they should be, and that’s because they eat the wrong food, or they eat too much or too
often. Or all three!

American doctors keep warning about “overweight kids”, and some things are changing, very slowly.
However, a lot of habits seem to be very hard to change. They are part of the American way of life.
Fast food restaurants are more popular than ever, at all times of the day. Hot dogs, hamburgers,
pizzas and crisps are still the most popular things to eat... often as a snack between meals.
“Yeah! I often come in for a burger after school”, says Billy, a teenager from San Francisco. “I mean, it
fills you up, and it only costs 89 cents! We come here, because it’s a good place to sit and chat, and once
you’ve drunk one coke, the refills are free!”.
When Billy goes home, he’ll have dinner. “Something out of the freezer and easy to cook usually”, he says.
Eating too much is not the only reason why people get fat; drinking too much has the same effect. In
Summer time it’s so easy to drink too much. In America people drink lots of soda pop, such as colas, 7Up or
Slice. The reason is easy to understand. Cold soda pop is on sale everywhere, in shops, cinemas, cafés, and
from vending machines. And compared to Europe, it’s very cheap. Each small soda contains lots of sugar. No
wonder people get fat!

VEGETABLES Vegetables are essential for our health. Like fruits, its vitamins, antioxidants,
protect us from diseases. Vegetables are an important part of all healthy weight loss strategies.
FRUITS Fruit consumption provides few calories and a high percentage of water, making it
easier for the body to hydrate
correct functioning of the digestive system due to the supply of dietary fiber.
MEAT Proteins are essential in our diet because there are certain types of them (essential
proteins) that our body does not generate by itself and that are essential for life.
In general, they should make a diet with three types of food and strict weight control every
week, in addition to adding the exercises that determine the supplement first and foremost.

Hello my name is Jeanpool I was born in 1996 and as a child I liked all kinds of games, so in kindergarten I
learned through games all kinds of learning that the teacher taught me, in turn at the end of the nest. I
entered the school in 2001 my school is called 3057, the best of those times was that I participated in the
Olympics and won at least 4 medals in athletics and soccer. with the group of friends an emblem and thus
ends that experience. In 2006 I entered the Jose Maria Arguedas school, the best thing to do is learn music,
I played panpipes, quena and guitar. The teacher was very kind and always motivated us to be the best,
apart I learned dance and to finish this part in my promotion there was an opportunity to travel to Cuzco
and among friends we traveled to Cajamarca to enjoy the Holidays. Near the year 2016 and 2017 I was
preparing in academies to apply to the university, I managed to enter the National University of Callao.
