    ■ Discuss Guidelines for Students with Special cases as per
    Dean Raquel.

    ■ Present Microsoft Forms


    Brief Guidelines for Students with Internet Problems
    ■ Students must send their recorded 20 to 30 minutes presentation and
    manuscript to advisers through courier. Their Advisers will upload the
    files to OneDrive for the Jurors to check.

    ■ Q and A is mandatory; 30 mins. The only data they can have. is for 30
    minutes. We don’t remove Q and A. We have to trust them of their
    circumstances. As long as they are ready for endorsement.

    ■ The remarks of the jurors: PASSED with minor and PASSED with major
    revisions

    ■ Sending an email of their files is much reasonable. Than courier Pwde


    makipasuyo sa mga siblings or friends who had internet connections
    and can go out to office or work. Ipadala ang USB then i email and
    upload the files on their behalf to their advisers.
    ■ Kung di kaya ng Online puwede telephone call defense
    but the student will call the Jurors. (I think) The
    apprehension of the Jurors is that, students get the
    number of the faculty.

    ■ If online Q and A,, pag merong technical problems, I


    resched hanggang sa mka gawa ng paraan ang student.
