    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, ATTY. SHARON R. VILLONES, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a


    resident of Brgy. Arado, Palo, Leyte, do HEREBY, NAME, CONSTITUTE AND
    APPOINT RENIEL MARCHADO NOCOS, likewise of legal age, single, Filipino,
    and currently an intern of Borja & Villones Law and Notarial Office, Tacloban
    City to be my lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my NAME, PLACE and
    STEAD to do the following acts, TO:

    1. SECURE/OBTAIN/CLAIM the SHELL KIT (Fuel Voucher)


    due me from Hyundai Tacloban;

    2. EXECUTE and SIGN any documentary requirements in my


    behalf for the purposes and pursuant to the authorities
    above mentioned;

    3. FURTHER AUTHORITY is given to the attorney-in-fact to DO


    ALL NECESSARY ACTS, should the same be essential to my
    advantage;

    GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and authority
    to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to
    be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I
    might or could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all
    that my said attorney-in-fact, shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of
    these presents.

    February 2018 at the City of Tacloban, Philippines.
