EMS (renamed from TnE- Travel and Expense Management) helps the companies to manage
expenses in various areas like Business Expense Management & Travel Management. The Business Expense
and Travel system will help Employees put up Claims related to the Business and Travel Expenses incurred by
them including expenses incurred on regular basis like Mobile Expenses.

Description:
Auction is an integrated module of the e-Sourcing product. Before raising purchase request for a
particular product, buyer invites all the suppliers related to the business for reverse auction. Multiple
suppliers can participate in the auction and can bid concurrently. Bidding amounts are efficiently encrypted
meanwhile maintaining the active bidders in isolation environment. Additional feature of ranking is
implemented where all bidders can view their dynamically changing current rank. MIS, reports and graphs of
auction bids are also provided.
