    Call to Order : The meeting was called to order at exactly 10:30 in the afternoon by the
    presiding officer (Eulogio Abanto)

    The minutes of the previous meeting was read by the Secretary of the Faculty Christine

    The agenda of the business of day was approved unanimously.
