NO. 4/2/2012-M(GP) : Whereas as per guidelines issued by the
national board of examinations, new delhi for National eligibility – cum – Entrance Test ( Post Graduate ) for admission to MD/MS/ Post Graduate Diploma Courses, weightage of marks may be given by the government/ competent authority as an incentive at the rate of 10% of the marks obtained for each year of service rendered by in – service doctors in remote and / or difficult areas upto the maximum of 30% of the marks obtained in national eligibility cum entrance test in determining the merit of candidates who are in service of Government/ Public authority and remote and difficult areas shall be as defined by State government/ competent authority from time to time.
2. Now. Therefore, the Governor of Manipur is pleased to define the
following place of posting in the state of Manipur as remote and difficult areas for the purpose of consideration for giving weightage of marks as an incentive to the Manipur Health service officers in the National eligibility – cum entrance test for admission to MD/ MS/ Post Graduate Diploma courses :
