INTRODUCTION

I really want to appreciate the Almighty for the privilege given to do his will tonight. I salute my daddies
and mummies. I pray that the miracles in this room tonight has our name on them in Jesus name. join
me as we sing this song;

Worshippers in the house, sing from deep within your spirit. Let the angels see how ready you are
tonight. Move God throne. Let the heaven point out your voice of praise, for we worship in Jesus name.
let’s pray;

Father lord almighty we want to appreciate you for tonight, thank you because before we are
gathered here today, you are presence. Thank you because I can see the manifestation of your power,
thank you because we can feel your spirit radiating, let your name be glorified in Jesus name.
I decree and declare into this congregation tonight that any power of distraction, hear the word of God
we cast you out in the mighty name of Jesus. I speak tonight as for many that are ready, let them
receive directly from your throne in the mighty name of Jesus. I pray that I disappear that you may
appear in the name of Jesus. We plead that you turn your blood to the balm of Gilead tonight that you
may rub where we are sore, that we may receive healing in different dimension in a way we could not
imagine, so shall it be in the name of Jesus. Thank you because you are faithful, in Jesus name have I
prayed. Amen.
 Topic- The Deliverer.

Theme - The Balm of Gilead (Jeremiah 8:22)

For some weeks now two ministers of God have spoken on the topic Balm of Gilead, tonight we are
going to the deliverance aspect of it. Hallelujah. Jeremiah 8:22 says

KJV: Is there no balm in Gilead; is there no physician there? why then is not the health of the daughter
of my people recovered?

ESV: Is there no balm in Gilead? Is there no physician there? Why then has the health of the daughter
of my people not been restored?

NIV: Is there no balm in Gilead? Is there no physician there? Why then is there no healing for the
wound of my people?

AMP: Is there no balm in Gilead? Is there no physician there? Why then is not the health of the
daughter of my people restored? [Because Zion no longer enjoyed the presence of the Great
Physician!]

Now if are to look deeply into the different bible version of that book of Jeremiah 8:22, we can discover
that the people question Gods authority because he is the great physician, forgetting that they are the
one that refuse to do the right thing. Tell your spirit I will do the right thing tonight.

Now let me explain to us, until a man comes to the realisation that God is the great physician, his life
may refuse to move forward. He may remain in the path; he may still be in the desert area of his life.
He may be hidden in darkness, he may suffer, he may refuse to receive healing in his academics, his
marital life may refuse to bring out a good result because he has not come to the realisation that not
by power nor by might, the bible say by my spirit sayeth the God of host. So, until a man is able to
come to the presence of God, to the presence of the great physician, he is not ready to let that balm
of Gilead that solves all problem, that visit all lives, that expose all secret to touch his life. He is not
ready to receive Him. I decree into your life of everybody reading right now, because you have come
to the realisation of the great physician your life is touched in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

What is Deliverance.

It is what happened to you when Christ took you out of the kingdom of darkness and transferred you
to the Kingdom of Light, to the Kingdom of His beloved Son. Deliverance involves taking hold of the
full freedom that God is given us. You can control situations, you can direct your world, you can change
your surroundings. God has given every Christian a freedom in life. But until you claim your status in
Christ, you will be deprived your grace to ascend the throne, you will be deprived your right as heir to
the throne of God Himself.

Say this declaration to your life before we continue;

I am no slave to the devil

I am a king in this heavenly kingdom

I know my RIGHT
 I know my STATUS

I am a CHILD OF GOD.

Healing is the process of becoming healthy again. A process of being healed. A process of reviver, of
restoration of being made whole. I want to tell you something that somebody may be sick and may not
know that he or she is sick, I am talking about spiritual sickness. A human being that live his day to
day activities without involving God is sick. A believer that refuse to worship God is sick. A believer
that refuse to do his morning devotion is sick. A believer that evil befall his family without his consent
is sick. A believer that still lives in darkness is sick.

Now I want to tell us that being sick alone does not mean you are not feeling fine, but once you get
healed and there is healing in your body, what happen, there is revival, there is restoration, you will
be alive, you will be healed, there will be power, you will feel your spirit man dancing. Hallelujah. Shout
it loud and clear with faith;

I am healed

I am not sick

I am not cold.

Like a saying always go, a prayerless Christian is a powerless Christian. God intentionally allowed the
devil to invade Job boundary, not because he is a sinner or because he did not have faith, but just
because he want him to realise that he will never give him a temptation that is not capable of
overcoming.

The reason why a lot of Christians nowadays are cold in the place of prayer is because of some little
tribulations and temptation coming their way. But I want to give you good news, God will never set
before you an obstacle without giving you a ladder to cross it through because He is not an author of
confusion. Hallelujah.

God will never place before you a temptation but He already know you have this immunization and
vaccine within you that can make you resist that temptation and go beyond man expectation because
He already said that in this life we will be tempted, we will face see tribulations, we will face sorrow,
we will face suffering, but because He said also that we should be of good tiding because He has
conquer the world, He put it behind our feet, we can control situations, we can direct principalities
and power. I know who I am tonight, I am the son of the living God.

Why People Are Bound.

1. Sin - Rom 6:1-2 says “What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?

God forbids. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

2. Love of the world- James 4:4 says “Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship
of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of
God.

3. Lack of enough faith

Say this prayer, every generational curse, tonight the game is over, I am taking my place, lose your grip
in Jesus name.

What Can Bring About Deliverance

1. Accepting Christ.

2. Knowing who He is – Phil 3.10.

3. Prayer.

4. Praise.

5. Fasting.

6. Intersession of the holy spirit- Rom 8:26-27.

What We Need to Be Delivered

1. Faith – Hebrew 11.1.

2. Need to be sin free – Romans 6:1.

3. Presence of the holy spirit – Jude 1:20.

4.Dont ask amiss (motive) - James 4:3.

Shout hallelujah we are praying, Let sing this song,

“Like fire like rain let your glory come

1. We decree tonight that all the sin that has emerge our life and lock us up in bondage we pray for
cleansing tonight.

2. We call upon you our helper, help us Abba father. According to your word in the book of Mat 11:28-
30 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon
you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

3. Like fire like flame descend upon us tonight and heal our land. DELIVER US OH LORD.

4. By fire by thunder deliver my life from my oppressor lord and let me free.

5. Every bondage is lifted tonight according to your word in the book of psalm 24:7 “Lift up your heads,

O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.”
6. Abba father I take my place as an heir to your throne and command that every generational curse

disappear by fire according to your word in Ezekiel 18:3 that as I live, saith the Lord God, ye shall not

have occasion any more to use this proverb in Israel.

7. Let your healing come tonight father. In my life, my parent, my family, my marriage, my home, my

academic, everything attached to me, and my endeavours, according to His word in the book of

Isaiah 53.4-5 “Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him

stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised

for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”

8. I declare life to everything dead in my life because the great physician is here right now, according
to your word in the book of Ezekiel 27:4 “2Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and
say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.”

9. I decree that you find the balm of Gilead and deliverance happening in your life in Jesus name.
