Matcha Sour
INGREDIENTS
Matcha

This is a Japanese green tea with a long

ceremonial history but in recent years has
become incredibly popular across the globe
due to it’s health benefits and caffeine content
providing an alternative to coffee. Unlike, most
teas matcha is ground into a fine powder and
dissolved into a liquid (usually water or milk)
rather than being infused and discarded. Aim to
get premium grade as lower grade is distinctly
more bitter.
