    1. On Februray 14, 2020 at about 01:00 o’clock at the afternoon, the


    PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE BOMB SQUAD of Misamis oriental, Conduct a bomb
    Drill at the Tagoloan Community College, Baluarte, Tagoloan Misamis Oriental,at the
    covered court of the campus which there are student’s who appointed by the PNP as
    the victim of the said Bomb Drill, during the activity as the bomb explode, there are
    ouster debris hit at the one of the student named kitz Kenneth sabelita,a 4th year
    student, 21 years old, the victim sustained multiple wound at the back of her body and
    was rush to the st.Paul Hospital, for Medical treatment, and was pronounced okay, the
    Doctor said that the victim need to stay 1 week at hospital for the medical treatment to
    fully recover.

    2. The motive of this activity is to made the PNP fully Equip and Prepared for
    BOMBING incident.

    3. To determine the student involved,Police personnel,Instructor, the
    damage of propert and cause of the incident

    III. Fact of the Case


    4. That 01:00 o clock at the afternoon dated February 14, 2019 the Philippine
    National Police of Tagoloan Station conduct a bomb drill for the purpose of
    preparing the school and Police personnel how to rescue and manage in
    this situation, which involed the Chief of Police, Bomb squad personnel,
    BFP, and the President of the School,

    IV. DISCUSSION
    5. Investigation Conducted by the Investigator of the Villanueva Police
    Station, revealed that there are failures and lapses of preparing the bomb
    to use for the said bomb drill activity, which cause the accident and
    damage of some property of the school, including the student that was an
    appointed victim but took an injury because of the bomb.

    V. CONCLUSION
    6. after a careful inspection made by the investigators to the other bomb
    presented by the bomb squad, some of the bomb have a dents and
    scratch of a rat.

    VI. RECOMMENDATIONS
    7. Wherefore, in view of foregoing, the undersigned respectfully
    recommends that the bomb’s recovered and other equipment will field
    laboratory examinations.
