    CHECK LIST FOR VISITOR VISA

    DOCUMENTS ABROAD
    1. Sponsorship Letter/Self-Declaration (student who is going to sponsor) notarized-affidavit.
    2. Passport Copy and other I D Proof copy - SIN Card copy, Driving License
    3. PR Proof/VISA Stamp/ Citizen Card
    4. Reason for Visit
    Convocation Marriage Birthday Party
    (Letter from College) (Card and Hall booking) (Card and Hall Booking)
    5. Old Bank Statement.
    6. I.T.R (Income Tax Return) for last two years.
    7. a. Job Proof – Job Letter, Salary Slips, I - Card
    b. Business Proof – Registry Papers /Partnership Deed with letter head and visiting card
    8. Proof of Residency in Abroad. (Registry Papers / Water Bill / Electricity Bill)
    9. No Objection Letter from the Owner of House/Apartment in Abroad.
    10. Letter from College Stating the Current Status (if sponsor is an international student)

    DOCUMENTS FROM INDIA


    1. Passport Original and Copy
    2. 6 Photographs (Passport size with white background with 80% close up of face).
    3. Funds –
    Self-Affidavit.
    Support Affidavit.
    4. CA Report – Property (Evaluation and Papers), Investments – Savings (Six Month Old Bank Statement
    Original)
    5. Income Proof (ITR/Income Certificate, J-Form, Lease Agreement) - 2years for ITR
    6. Itinerary Ticket (Return).
    7. Family. (Parents, Spouse and Children)
    Details: - D.O.B, Marital status, Current Address, Occupation.
    (Unfortunately the person is not alive then their Date of Death)
    8. Job Proof – Job Letter, Salary Slips, NOC, I - Card
    Business Proof – Registry, Gst/Licence, Registered
    Study Proof – Bonafide of School/College, NOC, I-Card
    9. If the person is above 55 ages then Health Insurance & Travel Insurance is also required.
