I have total 5years Working Experience As a Desk Engineer in Turbo Generator Operation in The
following power plants.
 From 21 may 2018 to15 nov 2019 I worked at Zambia for Emerygency requirement
of our organization.
 Present Employer (2017 march to till date); Working as a Field Engineer in
Turbine and Generator Operation at Nava bharat Energy India Ltd. in150 MW
Power plant at paloncha , khammam .
 Boiler type- whoxsi CFBC boiler, Turbine type-DONG FANG Reheat condensing
 2016April to march 2017: Working as a Field Engineer in Turbine and Generator

Operation at Meenakshi Energy & Power Ltd. In1000 MW (150MW*2under
operation& 350MW*2 under erection) thermal power plant.
 Boiler type- Thermax CFBC boiler, Turbine type-Nanjing Reheat condensing
type
 2014 January to 2016 April: Working as a Field Engineer in Turbine and
Generator Field Operation at Nabha Power Ltd in 1400mw (700mw*2) super
critical thermal power plant.
o Location: Nabha Power Ltd (2*700 MW), Rajpura ,Punjab .
 2011 September to 2012 September: Working as a Junior Engineer Trainee in Turbine
and Generator Field Operation at Seven Star Steels Ltd.
o Location: Seven Star Steels Private Ltd (1 x 8 MW), Jharsuguda , Odisha
Job Description:
 Line up the Turbine during start up and shut down.(Cold Start up, Hot Start up, Warm
Start up, Planned Shut down and Emergency Shutdown).
 Field operation and Emergency operation of Turbine and its Auxiliary.
 Line up and operation of Seal oil pump and Auxiliary oil pump.
 Line up and Operation of CEP and CPU(condensate polishing unit) System.
 Line up and Operation of BFP (Boiler feed pump) both motor and turbine driven BFP.
 Lineup of Regenerative Feed Heating System.(Low and High pressure Heaters).
 Line up and Initial filling of Deaerator.
 Line up and operation of turbine lube oil system.
 Line up and Operation of compressed air system.
 Start up and Shut down of Turbine and its Auxiliary.
 DCS Operation of Auxiliary Boiler.
 Line up and Operation of on Line Ball Cleaning System for Condenser.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
 Local Line of Boiler field like Mills, Fans, BFP, APH,Seal air fan ,drain &vent system etc.
 Turbine field activity- MDBFP, TDBFP ,CEP,CCCW,CW,ACW, oil system, H2 filling and draining
during lightup & shutdown condition.
 BOP worked-FOPH (HFO,LDO & HSD UNLOADING & SUPPLY PUMP) ,oil consumption & receiving
processer , DM and H2 plant proper operation, update logbooks & records.
 Coordination with grids for taking isolation & normalisation code.
 Involved in safe start up and shutdown of unit.
 Good knowledge of compressors & Instrument air dryers.
 Safe Isolation and normalisation for permit to work.
 Handled several emergencies like blackout successfully.

 2 weeks ROJ Training at NTPC , Badarpur , NewDelhi.
 2 weeks ROJ Training at Bawana Combine Cycle Gas Power Plant (1500mw).

 Active member of safety committee arranging routine safety meetings and first aid
training to all employees.
 Safety inspection of equipments on monthly basis.
 Doing hazard identification and risk assessment before issuing any permits to
maintenance department.
 Strictly following LOTO procedure for releasing any equipment to maintenance
department.
