    Got A New Phone?

    You will need to reauthorize your new phone with DUO


    to receive push authentications

    1. Open a web browser


    2. Go to https://vpn.ivytech.edu
    3. Enter your username / password and login
    4. Click on “Manage Settings and Devices” on the left

    5. You must verify your identity before you can make changes.
    Select “Call Me” and get ready to answer your phone.

    6. Click “Device Options” next to device your phone number belongs to

    7. Click “Reactivate DUO Mobile”

    After clicking “Reactivate DUO Mobile” you will be taken to


    device enrollment, where you will be able to setup your device
    again, and re-scan a new QR code on your phone.
