    Riyadh OFW applicants are advised to submit documentary requirements on-line and NOT visit the POLO office for cash
    assistance applications to avoid overcrowding, to maintain social distancing and to prevent further spread of the virus".

    To avail of the program “on-site” OFWs must be ready with the following documents and must upload them at the
    minimum file size: [Only PDF,JPG,PNG files are accepted]

    1. Accomplished application form for the special cash assistance.

    2. Photocopy of passport and/or travel documents;
    3. Proof of overseas employment, such as a valid OEC, Iqama, visa, reentry-visa etc.
    4. Proof of loss of employment on account of the COVID-19 disease; and
    5. For UNDOCUMENTED ONLY - Proof of a pending case that has caused their current “undocumented status, such as
    case reference number, case endorsement stamped by the POLO, etc.
    6. After submission of complete documents, POLOs shall evaluate application within 5 working days and notify OFWs on
    the status of his/her application within 5 working days. Rejected or Approved applicants will informed by email.
    7. If approved, the concerned POLO shall release the USD200.00 through bank transfer/money remittance.

    Applications or inquiries being submitted/presented by OFWs personally or directly at the POLO Office will not be
    accepted/entertained.
