    Dear IYP Applicant:

    Congratulations!

    You have been selected to be part of the 1st Isabela Youth Parliament – a congress of
    Isabeleño Youth Leaders representing the different subsectors of all Kabataang Isabeleños.

    With this, may we respectfully invite you to the Briefing/Orientation of the 1st Isabela Youth
    Parliament Qualified Applicants on December 7, 2019 (Saturday), 8:00 AM, at the GFNDY Sr. Session
    Hall, Provincial Capitol, Alibagu, City of Ilagan. Your presence shall serve as a confirmation of your
    attendance to the Provincial Youth Summit 4.0 on December 13-15, 2019 at Hotel Sophia, Cauayan
    City, Isabela and your resolute intention to be a member of the Parliament.

    Please be informed that your absence during the Briefing/Orientation means you are declining
    your slot to the 1st Isabela Youth Parliament. Attached is the Briefing/Orientation Program for your
    reference.
