Brigada Eskwela is a year-round activity that is being undertaken by the Department of

Education to prepare all public schools for the opening of classes. It is a collaborative and coordinated
tasks being conducted by all the stakeholders of the schools. This year’s Brigada Eskwela Theme is “
Pagkakaisa para sa Handa, Ligtas at Matatag na Paaralan, tungo sa Magandang Kinabukasan ” and is
scheduled on May 28 – June 02, 2018.
In this regards, Cabaluay Elementary School is inviting you to be part of this noble undertakings
by being one of our sponsors during the week-long activity.
One way to motivate massive participation of volunteers is to give incentives.
In this connection, we are knocking at your generous heart to donate us the following :
1. 50 pieces of 80 leaves Notebook ( big or small ).

2. 30 pieces assorted pad paper.
3. 10 boxes Mongol pencil.
May we collect these items on May 11, 2018 to give us ample time to sort out and in same
manner submit this report to the Division Office .

1. Repair/ repainting of broken roofs and gutter.

2. Repair of chairs and tables.
3. Repainting/ cleaning of walls and ceilings.
4. Repair/ replacement of electrical connections.
5. Repair/ improvement of water facility.
6. Ground improvement.
7. Repair/ replacement of school signages among others.
With the aforementioned activities, we are knocking at you generous heart to donate us the
following :
1. 2 gallons white latex paints.
2. 2 pieces paint brush.
3. 5 pieces tamboo brooms.
4. 10 pieces walis ting-ting.
5. Primary tin-tin colors.
6. 2 bags cement.
