WBA – Civil Engineering (sole proprietorship) was established this 2020. It is a business organized,
owned and operated by Engr. Wesson B. Abuel. He started as a Free Lance Contractor (2012-2013) and
(2017-2020) and started his own company as WBA – Civil Engineering this 2020. WBA – Civil Engineering is
a diversified company for contracting, subcontracting and general maintenance services, operating
anywhere in Region 1. We pride ourselves in providing first class services in the industry. Our trust is to
deliver highest regard to Quality, Honesty, Integrity and Customer Satisfaction.
WBA – Civil Engineering continues to enjoy strong and on-going beneficial relationship with a
number of respected local companies throughout the years.
We are located in Binalonan, Pangasinan and are growing and obtaining our remarkable position in
