    Benefits:

    SUB: Receiving license for setting up Garment Factory in Kollam District

    Elegant garments, one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of quality cotton garments in the country, have
    plans to setup one of its branches in Kollam (dist.) area. We already have spread across India and have thereby
    become a major contributor to our nation’s development in many ways. We have won many awards in various
    fields ranging from ‘Usage of current technologies’ to ‘Most environment friendly Corp.’

    We have selected Kollam for many reasons, most importantly, availability of resources. Cotton is easily available
    around Kollam area, which is the main raw material of our product. Also the benefits the society is many like, our
    great working environment will create a great opportunity for many the unemployed youth. Also viewing this
    industry as the main stem, many small scale industries will come around, thus creating a strong economy and Real
    Estate businesses. Benefits for the government, inland and from abroad will be additional benefits.

    As the factory has decided to setup the plant in the outskirts of the Kollam city, residential and commercial setups
    won’t be affected. Also compensation will be dispatched to the occupants (10-20/sq.km.) as per the current
    market prices and real estate prices. The waste management is done through a recycling plant, setup nearby to the
    factory managing it effectively like no other in the state. Also all kinds of pollution possible are taken into
    consideration and reduced to a great extend have made our company complying with international standards.
    There is no doubt that our company will be a great revenue generating plan for the Govt. in the form of taxes
    collectable.

    Hence I would request you from the Company’s part to allot us The License to set a Manufacturing Unit of our
    firm “Elegant” garments in your district.
