    1) Style Shipment Allowed.
    2) 3% more or less are allowed in quantity, amount.
    3) Pls be informed the shipment can be acceptable in the case that full set shipping documents(INVOICE, PACKING LIST)
    are delivered to nominated forwarder 3 days before shipping date when you book the shipping schedule.
    4) Seller should present a certificate of confirmation to our forwarder when seller ship products on a ferry.
    If seller doesn't present it, the balance between a container-ship and a ferry cost will be charged on seller.
    5) If the problems take place in the process of production, the side having liability for the problems must be liable the damage amounts in either case.
    6) All disputes, controversies, or differences which may arise between the parties, out of or in ralation to or in connection with this contract, or for the breach
    thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitation in Seoul, Korea in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and
    under the Law of Korea. The award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon both parties concerned.
