    FINAL TASK: WRITING
    Essay about how I could improve my practice as a teacher
    What could I do to enhance my practice as a teacher? Is there any strategy or method to
    enhance?
    According to Brian Gatens (2014) teachers have a “teaching practice” not a “teaching
    perfection”. This thought stresses the principal point involves frequently working to enhance
    your practice. So, teachers achieve on enhancing their skills every day.
    First of all, in order to enhance my practice as a teacher, I need to take into account my own
    reflections about every experience I have during my teaching process in the classroom. For
    example, every activity developed in class is previously planned to achieve specific aims.
    However, there are some facts that change our plan. So, what can we do when that happens?
    In my opinion, in this case the strategy may be changed to improve the results, but also it
    would be better to consult someone else about this situation, since new knowledge can most
    effectively be generated through dialogue with others who are equally interested in the process
    of learning and teaching. And also, it is important to have the support of trusted colleagues.

    The lesson plan of a class has to be organized and got the aims of it. However, there are some
    facts that change our plan. As a teacher, I know that learners have different level that could
    change it. Students with high level will complete the activities quickly, but others not. So,
    teachers have to be prepared as much as possible and examine alternative tasks in order to help
    and allow learners to gain the most from the activities, but more importantly, they have to be
    flexible and think quickly to make changes.

    Third, one of the most important things on the lesson plan is the feedback. Providing feedback
    means giving an extra explanation of the subject of what learners are doing correctly and
    incorrectly. All the time teachers have to assess and evaluate their students to be sure that
    knowledge will be acquired.

    As a conclusion, teaching is difficult, but funny. Teachers have to look for a tutor that help
    them. They should make a good lesson plan and be ready for improvisations. Also, feedback
    is the prove that learners get the new knowledge.
