5 Right hand grip rule

6 Diagrams 1, 2 & 3 show plotting compasses arranged on a small platform around a vertical wire A B.
In each case say whether a current is flowing through the conductor, and if so in what direction.
Complete each diagram with a plus and minus sign in the circles at each end of the wire. The pointed
end of the compass needle is the north-seeking pole.
