    Internal Error A00C Y Internal device error. Reset Tachograph and clear DTC.

    LCD Error 9010 Y Error state signalled by LCD Check fascia functions (keypress, display,
    driver of fascia communications etc.)

    Tachograph Power Supply A400 Y Reset of processor triggered by Check power supply and connections.
    power interruption.

    Drawer Error 9060 Y Drawer catch failure Clear DTC and check drawer function.

    Speed Rack Error 9061 Y Speed rack motor or opto failure. Clear DTC, reset Tachograph and retest
    Tachograph.

    May be caused by badly placed chart.

    Duty Rack Error 9062 Y Duty rack motor or opto failure Clear DTC, reset Tachograph and retest
    Tachograph.

    May be caused by badly placed chart.

    Cam Error 9063 Y Cam motor or opto failure Clear DTC, reset Tachograph and retest
    Tachograph.

    Chart Table Error 9064 Y Chart table motor or opto failure. Clear DTC, reset Tachograph and retest
    Tachograph.

    May be caused by badly placed chart.

    Sender-Tachograph Key/Serial A822 Y Encrypted data errors Clear DTC and re-pair Tachograph to
    Number Mismatch Sender. Also check wiring to B-socket.

    Sender-Tachograph A423 Y Encrypted communications errors Check Tachograph settings – Sender


    Communications Problem (encrypted sender) or Type. Pair sender if encrypted. Also
    complimentary signal failure (4 check wiring to B-socket.
    wire sender) or sender
    disconnection.

    CAN Bus Communication Error A411 Y Cluster present message not Check if instrument cluster matches
    With Instrument Cluster being received Tachograph display. Also check wiring.

    CAN Bus Off 900B Y CAN bus halted due to excessive Clear DTC.. Check Tachograph settings –
    errors CANBus enabled and Customer Type.

    Possibly no CANBus present in vehicle

    CAN Bus Error 900A Y CAN bus in passive error mode Clear DTC. Possibly no CANBus present
    in vehicle. Check Tachograph CANBus
    settings.

    V-pulse Output Error 9430 Y Hardware monitoring of V-Pulse Clear DTC. Disconnect all V-pulse
    output. supported equipment. Retest
    Tachograph. If DTC does not reappear,
    suspect V-pulse driven equipment.

    Keyboard Error 900F Y Keys held down for excessive Clear DTC. Check all keys/buttons on
    period Tachograph. Retest Tachograph.

    Calibration Error A00E Y Unit not installed or requires Check Tachograph settings – Install Date
    servicing. and Service Delay. Clear DTC, retest
    Tachograph. This service delay applies to
    Tachograph fitted with RTC only – DC,
    Renault, MAN.

    Driving without Chart A050 N Speed pulses detected with Ensure Driver chart present and drawer
    drawer open, driver chart missing properly closed.
    or chart recording complete.

    No Driver Chart Present 9051 N Drawer closed with no driver Ensure Driver chart present.

    No Crew Chart Present 9052 N Drawer closed with no crew chart Ensure Crew chart present if required.
