PROJECT SUMMARY

The online exam system is website based exam system where organizations are

conducting online exams over the Internet with a computer system. The main objective of the

online exam system is to perform a proper assessment of the student through a fully

computerized system that reduces the time required to achieve fast and accurate results.

PURPOSE

The reason for the online test system is to pass the online test effectively and without

time spent checking the paper. The main goal of the online testing system is to evaluate the

applicant through a fully automated system that provides fast results and saves a lot of time. For

students, they provide documents as indicated in comfort and time, and there is no need to use

additional items such as paper, pens, and so on.

OBJECTIVE

The objective of this project is broad in relation to other physical tests.

1. This can be used in educational institutions as in the corporate world.

2. It can be used anywhere, as long as it is a web-based application (the user's location makes no

difference).

3. There is no restriction that the inspector must be available if the opponent passes the exam.

ASSUMPTIONS AND CONSTRAINTS

• The online examination procedure is aimed at educational institutions (eg schools, universities,

colleges, training centers) .

• The system processes each task and generates reports, including the name, brand and time, for

the test processing after the test is complete.

• Allow applicants to view or display their answers after the test is completed.

• The type of questions are based on multiple choice answer or a true and a false.

OPERTIONAL SYSTEM

The online test created to pass the online test consists of the following steps

Login: There is a good login window, as it is more secure than other login frames, as there are

several logins available in the general login window, so accessing the test at the start of each

session is not possible. In any case, this project has a unique login ID, e.g. For example, the

more powerful than the recently used online test systems.

Test: The test page is the most creative and basic page in this project. It has a feature Selection

of selecting program: - From the options available, the candidate can select his field (eg C, C ++,

JAVA, etc.) for testing.

Facilities: - Include: - Skip the query and return if necessary. Provides a summary of the

questions that have already been tested and untested, and can answer questions directly and try or

change the appropriate answer to the formal investigation.

information in databases and monitor.

tester themselves throughout the product development. Our group works with the external

laboratory of Mashambanhaka of Precious to carry out external tests in our system. The project

manager will contact the entire group to organize all documents related to the project. The

project manager will communicate with the rest of the group to ensure that project expectations

are scheduled week by week during employee meetings.

The online testing system is built with Java and SQL to fully meet the goals of the system for

which it was created. The system has reached an unbreakable state in which all errors have been

corrected. The system operates in an abnormal state of efficiency, and both teachers and

customers connected to the system understand its location. The system handles the problem. It

serves as a prerequisite.
