User Story-1

As a distributor I would like to my retail customers who receive the email from the HNConnect Journey
to click on the button in the email and on one-click register for the program,
So that I can quickly convert my retail customers into Rewards customer and increase the chances of
retaining them and increase the chances of repeat purchase. It would also increase the customer
engagement with Loyalty Program.

Functional Acceptance Criteria


 Read the enrollment value from salesforce temporarily table and create a record in the
HNRewards enrollment tables.
 A Welcome invite email will be sent by the salesforce and customer has option to enroll for the
program.
 If the users click to enroll for rewards program and if he is already registered with the same DS,
then just skip without performing any action.
 As-is today, after successful enrollment of the customers into rewards program, Welcome to HN
Rewards email must be triggered.
 As-is today, after successful enrollment of the customer into rewards program, enrollment
information should flow to all downstream systems, upto salesforce and marketing cloud.

Question:- How we would know which customer to target for which distributor-will we get the
information from previous order

Non Functional Acceptance Criteria


 Fetching of the data and updating of the data should be real time.
 Logs of data update would be useful.
 There should be synchronization between salesforce temporary table and HNRewards
enrollment table.
 Invite and welcome emails should be mobile responsive.
 There should be record of the last email sent to the customer in the database(To be confirm
from Laks)

User Story-2

As a distributor I would like to my retail customers who receive the email from the HNConnect Journey
to have an option to see the Terms and Conditions of the rewards program,
So that they can read terms and conditions in a non-logged in mode of my GoHL website. (This page
should be hosted in GoHL and should be accessible outside of login)

Functional Acceptance criteria


 This page should be hosted in GoHL, so that user gets the authentic feeling of the distributors
website.
 This page should have the same terms and conditions as the rewards enrollment page.
 This page doesn’t need to have the Name, email, phone # text boxes. This page also doesn’t
need to have a checkbox for acceptance.
 This new terms page should not be accessible from the left nav of the GoHL website.

Non Functional Acceptance criteria


 This page should be mobile responsive
 This page should be available to use 24*7
 This page should be tracked by google analytics(Need to be confirm from Laks)

User Story-3

As a distributor I would like to invite my retail customers to the HN Rewards program, by sending them
an email invitation from a HN Connect Journey,
So that I can convert my retail customers into Rewards customer and increase the chances of retaining
them and increase the chances of repeat purchase.

Acceptance Criteria
 Create two new flags in salesforce on the distributor contact object to include and denote
whether the distributor has HN_Rewards Product points program enabled Y/N, HN_Rewards
Activity Points program enabled Y/N.
 This flag should be updated in salesforce every time a distributor turned on/off their HN
Rewards program.

Non-Functional Acceptance Criteria


 This value should also be synced to Marketing cloud and updated regularly as is today.

Question: - What will happened to those customers who we part of the distributor rewards point and
now distributors off the program.
