Mandatory Documents

1 TCS Online Application Form (coloured copy) 5 UG Mark Sheets (all semesters) 9 Medical Certificates (if applicable)
2 Updated Resume 6 PG Mark Sheets (if applicable) 10 Current Organization Offer Letter **
3 Government Photo ID Proof 7 UG & PG Degree (if applicable) 11 Current Organization Pay Slips **
4 Class X and Class XII Mark Sheets & Certificates 8 Gap Certificates (if applicable) 12 Current Organization Experience Certificate **

** These documents are applicable to you, only if you have Work Experience, i.e., you are either employed currently or have been employed in the past.
Please read the below mentioned pointers to get clarity on the documents required at the venue, before your interview begins.

In case, you are employed currently, you must mandatorily carry any document issued by your current employer, which states your exact Date of
Joining - e.g., Offer Letter, Joining Letter, Experience Letter, Experience Certificate, Bonafide Letter issued by your Employer.
PS - Any other document, which does not capture your exact Date of Joining will not be considered valid.
In case, you were employed in the past but are unemployed at present, you must mandatorily carry any document issued by the employer, which
states your exact Date of Joining and your exact Date of Release - e.g., Experience Certificate, Release Letter, Full & Final Settlement.
PS - Resignation Letters / Resignation Acceptance Letters will not be considered valid.

Please Note:

 You are required to carry your ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS as listed above and get them verified before your interview process.
In the absence of ANY of the documents mentioned above (IN ORIGINALS), we will not be able to proceed with your interview.
 Please DO NOT carry any electronic devices (USB Drive, Pen Drive, Laptop, Hard Disk, Tablets, etc.) to the venue.
We would not be able to allow you with any such devices inside the TCS Premise.
 No extra preference will be given to candidates with prior work experience.
 The interview process would be a day long activity. Request you to plan your schedule accordingly.
 Only you would be allowed inside the mentioned venue and you may not be accompanied by anybody else.
