    Atma Namaste all the divine soul, i want to share with all of you a wonderful technique of three chord

    from ELEMENTAL REIKI, ( a unique style of Reiki that beautifully combines the healing energy of Reiki
    with Goddess, Elemental and Pagan Symbolgy)

    STEP 1

    GROUNDING CIRCUIT

    Take three deep breaths letting urself relax.

    Imagine urself drifting down into the Earth. Then envision urself coming to rest somewhere deep inside
    the Earth, where u find a place that has a certain mineral and crystal that you are attracted to. See this
    mineral glowing and becoming brighter with coloured light whatever colour u like.

    Now see the light becoming a beam and moving up now, and entering into ur right foot, become aware
    of ur right foot.

    Then see the light continue to go up and climbs up ur all right part and see the light illuminating the
    whole right side of ur body.Then see it is going left side crossing ur head, notice ur head becoming
    illuminated.

    Now the light begins to move down your left arms,whole left part then left foot. Whole left part is
    illuminated. Now the light finally moves back down into the earth and its source.

    The light is in constant motion,moving up from earth to ur right foot.Now visualise the complete circuit
    when u breath in it is coming from right side and when u breath out it goes from left side.Feel this
    energy revitalising ur mind, body and spirit. Keep the circuit going for a few minutes.Now place an
    ANCHOR here.

    STEP 2

    PROTECTING CORD
    Now follow ur light chords back up into ur root chakra and bring ur awareness back into ur body.

    The cords will always be there connected to earth to serve as ur grounding cable.

    IF U ARE IN NEGATIVE OR STRESSFUL SITUATION U MAY WANT TO CHECK UR CORD TO SEE IF IT IS STILL
    CONNECTED OR IS IN NEED OR REPAIR.

    Practice this exercise until it is so easy for u do that u can do it while busy doin other things.

    STEP 3

    CHAKRA CLEANSING

    AND PROTECTIVE SHIELD

    Now see a third cord come up out of the earth, perhaps a different colour, it enters at the base if ur
    spine, the root chakra. See the chakra a wheel of light, which feels up this new energy and begins to flow
    brightly and spin. As it does this, any negative energy,fears or blockage begin to clear out. Now see the
    energy going upward illuminating each chakra upto crown. Then see the top of ur crown chakra is open.

    Then see the energy beam shoot up, showering you with light, ur whole body which surrounds and
    protect u from any and all unwanted energies.

    When u feel ur body become full of this energy and u do not need anymore energy, BEND OVER AND
    ALLOW UR HEAD TO TOUCH THE FLOOR, and close ur crown chakra.

    Remember that u can come back to this place as often as u feel u need it to protect and cleans urself of
    any unwanted or negative energies.
    THIS IS
    A VERY
    GOOD

    EXERCISE TO DO BEFORE HEALING, CHANNELING OR CONNECTING WITH SPIRIT.
