Work ethics

 Work ethic is something that people struggle with in our society

 Work ethic is a value based on hard work and diligence. Capitalists believe in the

requirement of hard work and its ability to enhance character

 Those who possess a strong character, most likely have a good work ethic

 My work ethic in the classroom, today, plays a role in my future career plans because it will help
me succeed and earn trust with those I will work with in my future career

 I believe that there are five main, good work ethics; character, productivity, cooperation,
reliability, and dedication

Body language
 Body language is a type of non-verbal communication in which physical behavior, as
opposed to words, are used to express or convey information. Such behavior includes facial
expressions, body posture, gestures, eye movement, touch and the use of space
 When we connect with a person, we also have to make it clear to each other how the content of a spoken
message needs to be interpreted but sometimes we are unable to deliver our messages by spoken or even
written languages so we use the body language to supplement what we want to say by gesturing ,moving or
even giving some facial expressions

 Personal appearance : Appearance can alter physiological reactions, judgments and

interpretations.as it is rightly said that the first impression is the last impression.

 Facial expression :Facial expression is integral when expressing emotions

through the body. Combinations of eyes, eyebrow, lips, nose, and cheek
movements help form different moods of an individual (e.g. happy, sad,
depressed, angry, etc.)

 Body postures: Emotions can also be detected through body postures.

 Gestures Gestures are movements made with body parts (e.g. hands, arms, fingers,
head, legs)

Attitude
 Attitude refers to what a person thinks about his or her surroundings and the way in
which he or she interacts with it. A person’s attitude can be understood, not only by
their verbal stance, but also by their body language, expressions and other
mannerisms

 The saying, “Attitude is everything”, draws from the idea that people who have the
right attitude in life, are the ones who succeed

 We are driven by our goals and dreams. But our aspirations are nothing, if not
backed by a good attitude. Some people feel entitled to the world’s riches

 The manner in which we treat other people displays our upbringing and our opinions
about others. We should always treat people, the way we want others to treat us

 Author of Black Beauty, Anna Sewell, said, “It is good people who make good
places.” Those who have a good attitude create a warm atmosphere around them

 A good attitude is very helpful in the long run.

 Having a positive attitude brings about a positive change in one’s life.

BEING ON TIME
Most people regard lateness as a minor and pardonable offence and sometimes turn up to
engagements intentionally late, expecting the other party to easily forgive them. This attitude
towards time is very common among young people and people without demanding or busy
schedules.

Demonstrates that you are diligent and dependable.

 Indicates that you honor your commitments and you can be trusted.
 Shows that you have respect for other people and that you care as much about
their time as your own.
 Sets a good example for your children and others who look up to you.
 Builds self-confidence and success.

Passion
The definition of passion is a powerful emotion. These emotions can include love,
             joy, hatred or anger

Passion can drive people to do the best things in life, or it can drive
people to do the most terrible things possible in life. Passion is an important factor in
             every single soul on earth.

Passion drives me, and many others to achieve goals in life. I

have passion in my life to do the best I can in all I do and make the best out of every
             experience.

School is a place where many events take place each and every day. Each day is
filled with some new drama or task that needs to be taken care of. Those tasks may
include many little problems such as finding a ride home from school, homework, test,
             appearance, and self-esteem issues
