RESEARCH METHODOLOY
RESEARCH SETTING = Research setting can be seen as the physical, social, and
cultural site in which the researcher conducts the study.
The study was conducted at Yamuna group of institution of Nursing, Yamuna Nagar.
POPULATION = Population is the number of people who live in a particular area, city or
country.
TARGET POPULATION = Target population is the total group of individuals from which
the sample might be drawn.
The target population comprises of all students of Yamuna group institution of nursing.
SAMPLE = refers to a smaller set of individual, objects, events drawn from a population.
Sample is collected from Nursing students of Yamuna group institution of Nursing.
There are 60 sample sizes of are collected from Yamuna group institution of nursing.
SAMPLING TECHNIQUE = Sampling technique is the name or other identification
of the specific process by which the entities of sample have been selected.

INTERPRETATION:-
VALIDITY = It is the extent to which the scores actually represent the variable.
The content validity was established in consultation with guide & experts from field of
nursing. The expert suggestions was incorporated in the fixed tool.
PLAN FOR DATA ANALYSIS = Descriptive & inferential statistics were used to
analyse the data. Descriptive analysis was presented as percentage, mean, standard deviation.
Inferential analysis was presented as chi square.
SUMMARY = The chapter deals with description of research approach, research design,
research setting, population, sample techniques & size, description of tool, data collection &
technique, validity, reliability, ethical consideration, plan for data analysis, summary.
