    b) Upon receipt of the entire settlement amount as stated above, we shall withdraw all pending litigations, if
    any, filed against you.
    c) NDC shall be issued within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the entire settlement amount in our
    Trust Account.

    We further wish to state that this settlement letter is valid till February 10, 2020, and subject to realization the

    of settlement amount, within the due date(s) as per above schedule, the settlement shall stand cancelled
    automatically and thereupon all concessions and waiver, granted to you shall deemed to be withdrawn without
    any further notice to you. Consequently, all payments received under settlement shall be adjusted against
    your total dues and balance shall be recovered under due process of law. Any further extension of settlement
    period shall be at sole discretion of the RARC Trust with such cost, charges, interest as may be decided by
    the Competent Authority.
